These helpful instructions are based solely on if you have the Zoom app already downloaded to your device(s). If you do not have Zoom downloaded, please download the app before reading the instructions below.
Join a Zoom from a laptop or desktop:

Scroll down to "Recent Services"
Type into the search bar the name of your loved one
Locate and Click-on the obituary
Once you are taken to the obituary page, you will see under "Funeral Details" a link to join the service via Zoom
After clicking the link, you will be redirected to Zoom.com with a pop-up prompting if you would like to open the Zoom app
Select: "Allow"
Select: "Join using Internet Audio"
You will be muted upon entry to the Zoom. Please do not try to unmute yourself as this interferes with the service for others on Zoom as well as the family should they choose to have the service recorded
Join a Zoom from a mobile device:

You will be taken to the "Obituary Listing" page
Type into the search bar the name of your loved one
Locate and Click-on the obituary
Once you are taken to the obituary page, you will see under "Funeral Details" a link to join the service via Zoom
After clicking the link, your device should automatically open the Zoom app on your device
Select: "Join using Internet Audio"
You will be muted upon entry to the Zoom. Please do not try to unmute yourself as this interferes with the service for others on Zoom as well as the family should they choose to have the service recorded
If you are participating in the service via Zoom (performing and/or speaking):
Once you have entered the Zoom:

You will most likely receive a private message from the J.B. Jenkins Zoom account to confirm that you are the correct person
Once we confirm with you, attend the service as you would a regular attendee
Typically, those speaking in person will introduce the next segment from the Order of Service. Please be prepared to perform/speak
When you are introduced, do not attempt to Unmute yourself. We will spotlight your video first and THEN we will request you to Unmute.
A prompt will pop up on your Zoom screen "The host would like for you to unmute" - select "Yes"
It is now time to perform and/or speak as a part of the service
